For Consignors:
How do I consign with Off the Social? Off The Social is a curated consignment boutique. We work directly with influencers and individuals whose style aligns with our aesthetic. If you're interested in consigning, reach out through our contact page and we'll be in touch.
What brands and items do you accept? We accept a curated range of brands from luxury and designer labels to elevated contemporary brands like Anthropologie, Vuori, and Zara in new-with-tags, like-new, or excellent gently-used condition. This includes clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories. Not sure if your pieces are a fit? Reach out and we'll let you know.
What condition do my items need to be in? Items should be clean, free from visible damage, odor, or excessive wear, and true to size/authenticity. We reserve the right to decline items that don't meet our quality standards.
How much do I earn from my consigned items? You earn 50% of the final sale price. From that 50%, 3% is donated to our charity partner for that drop, leaving you with a net payout of 47%.
When and how do I get paid? Payouts are issued after each drop closes, once all sales are finalized within 30 days.
For Shoppers:
Are your items authentic? Yes, every item is reviewed and authenticated before it's listed for sale.
How do your "drops" work? Off The Social releases curated collections of consigned pieces in scheduled drops rather than continuous daily listings. Follow us on Instagram @offthesocial.co to know when the next drop goes live.
What condition are the items in? All items are pre-owned unless otherwise noted, and described as accurately as possible, including any signs of wear. Photos and descriptions reflect true condition at time of listing.
What is your return policy? All sales are final. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. View our full Return Policy here.
How does the charity giving work? With every purchase, a portion of proceeds from both the consignor and Off The Social are donated to a rotating charity partner. Giving totals are published after each drop. Learn more on our Give Back page.
Do you ship, or is there local pickup? We ship nationwide via USPS. Flat rate shipping is $8, or free on orders over $70.
