Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. Since every item on Off The Social is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece, we take extra care in packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Standard shipping is $8, and orders over $70 ship free. Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Off The Social is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our hands. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at offthesocial@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

International Shipping
At this time, Off The Social ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future - stay tuned!
